The office staff are straight-up idiots. They will cancel appointments without telling you. You will try to make you physically get hospital records rather than requesting them themselves. They will lose your forms. They will call you at the last minute before your appointment that they need your hospital records. Update: I made an appointment for a Saturday afternoon. I went there and they were closed.
Dr. Yen is very kind and caring. So is his staff.
