Can't say much about the level of care, as I've been trying to schedule a cardiologist and an echo appointment for five weeks without success. Seems their intake service is very overwhelmed and understaffed. After faxing the referral over, I've been told four times across four weeks that "the medical team is triaging the request and will contact you shortly within 1-2 days". This hasn't happened. For another 4 times I've tried to reach them but the lines are busy and there's no way to get through. I would have preferred to use the app (MyChart) and handle this digitally, but specialist appointments can't be scheduled in the app. Not sure if the scheduling/triaging team sits at this location. Hopefully I'm not barking at the wrong tree.
