Rupsa R. Yee, M.D.

Very smart, took control immediately, very efficient, knowledgeable and extremely professional. Obviously knows her field very well. I felt extremely comfortable with Dr. Yee and would most certainly not only return in the future if I need a cardiologist as well as recommend to others.

I am sure Dr. Yee is knowledgeable. But she neglected to get back to me in a timely manner more than once. I have called her severals times to discuss this with her. She has not returned my calls. Other staff have. I also wanted her to spend a bit more time explaining what was going on with my condition. I tried to have a conversation with her staff about my condition. But they could not answer my questions or have a discussion with me about what I experienced with my condition.

Dr. Yee is always nice, polite and incredibly professional during my visits. Believe it or not, due to the Rx/med regimen she has me on, at age 72, my heart functionality has actually improved! (My LVF % specifically)

I have waited some time to settle before writing this review. Dr. Yee might have all the experience needed to be a leading cardiologist, however her bedside manner is less than desirable. Her crass approach and lack of attentiveness to patients is unbearable. She hardly listens to what patients and family have to share about their . . . . Even when her EGO is massaged, it's certainly not enough. Her staff is a reflection of her amplified arrogance, and certainly prescribe to some very unprofessional interactions. I'm sad to have shared this publicly, but it has been 4 years and service, behavior, dismissal have never changed at this office.

This was my first meeting Rupsa Yee and it was wonderful. The Reception, Medical Staff were so kind and considerate with my hearing impairment. They all took time for explanation and some humor and just relaxing. I really appreciated this visit. Thank you
