Doctor Frank has been my doctor for many years. I had to drop him as my primary, because of bad insurance for a number of years. As soon as I could return I again have him as my primary. Best decision!! He is the best ever! His staff is also Great!
For a year I complained to you about pains in my stomach and for a year you told me it was nerve damage from back. Because of your arrogance. I was admitted into the Hospital after I doubled over with cramps. It was a clogged intestines and I was not digesting my food. You're 80 years old and you should have retired long ago. Honestly the last year I spent as your patient your were not the best Dr and it's a shame because for 6 years before that you were.
This review is mainly for the office staff for Dr. Frank. They have poor follow up, aren't around at stated hours, and the guy answering the phone for their after office hours is extremely rude. I would not recommend going here if you want poor service from his staff.
His DeNiro good looks and grandfatherly manner are pluses, but most important is the professionalism and care of Dr Frank and his staff. Top notch.
