Dr. Ellen Deloya is an ANGEL. Her staff is wonderful, I could not have asked for a better experience. She and her staff are patient, attentive, kind, and discerning. I am so thankful to have found her, I feel such a relief to be in her care. Her intake nurse was also a joy. I can not for my life think of his name, there was so much information exchanged and I am embarrassed to have not remembered it. He made my day with his kindness and attention to my concerns. Thank you all so much, it is such a relief to me to feel like I am in good hands with my health concerns. Thank you again!

Waited over an hour to see doctor. Might have a broken wrist BUT they can't read my x-ray for two weeks? If Sharp can't treat people they should not take patients. Details: I got an appointment with Dr Simmon on Monday 8/4 for my wrist and sharp pain. I waited over an hour in the waiting area and was escorted to a room where I saw the doctor she said she did not know what was wrong until we get an x-ray. I then got the X-ray. The x-ray tec told me I should return back to the doctor to see if she could read it for me. The doctor was unavailable and after two hours left with no answers. So I messaged the doctor through the sharp app letting her know that my x-rays were available for viewing. 8/5 I get a call from PT to schedule therapy, I asked what was my diagnosis on my wrist and was it broken? They did not know so I called radiology and they told me that we are backed up a week to two weeks before my x-ray can even be read?! Wednesday 8/6 the receptionist from my primary doctor calls and says that I have to wait two weeks to know what my x-ray says, and if my wrist is actually broken? I let her know this is crazy and to let the doctor know that the x-ray is available for viewing. This is awful health care system. How can sharp not have someone who can tell me if my wrist is broken or not? So I requested the images for myself and they told me they would not be able to give me the images until they are read in two weeks. If Sharp can't treat people; sharp should not take patients. Go straight to the ER or urgent care.

It is very easy to have an appointment here and go through the motions of covid times. Its never a crowded area the entrance bagan with their staff in the front door checking temperature and asking covid related sypmtoms. There is markers everywhere for social distance and also sanitizers. The quality of the staff and care has not changed or has lowered by any means all my appointments have been throughly taken care of! I'm very satisfied with this office

I took time off of work to bring in samples to the lab and they refused to take them because my doctor had suddenly retired and they cancelled all of his open lab orders without notifying me or transferring them to a different doctor. They originally told me they would take the sample and transfer the lab order over and had me sitting around for 30 minutes before changing their minds and saying they wouldn't take the sample and they wouldn't transfer it. They then told me I needed to go to the 2nd floor to request new lab work from a different PCP and that it could take a few hours. At this point the sample had already passed its time limit and expired.

Don't count on your PCP to do much for you. Mine (Dr. Jayakumar) would not even give a simple medical statement (IBCCES an accessibility card to avoid long lines due to back and foot documented medical issues) even though she has all the supporting documents. When your chiropractor gives you this simple statement about your health to enjoy theme parks more with your kids and your "PCP" not only refuses to give it, but also asks her MA to recommend to you not to go to theme parks , you know then for sure this is not a medial provider you can count on not even for simple statement for a there park accessibility card. Not asking for any disability claim or anything of that nature. Had to fire her to go to another medical group. Also, the staff at the rehab center (the front desk checkers) were very unprofessional and rude, as if they have received their training in prisons. This is not the kind of treatment one with private PPO insurance would except or tolerate. Not to mention that I needed a referral for an ENT to evaluate my hearing but their ENTs won't see you without a recent hearing test so the referral to get a hearing test was placed but the the first available appointment was given to me after 8 months. Yes 8 months for a hearing test with sharp (waiting from January till September) so I said no thanks and did the test on my own at a local private center and went to an ENT with another group the following week. Also, the first available appointment for a weight management would be 6 months wait. Simply pathetic. I don't need this. Found myself better team already.
