I cannot recommend this office. Authorizations take months because they forget to submit and when dealing with heart failure that is only worsening it is stressful and scary at one time. When you call it is hard to understand staff because of their thick accents and poor use of the English language. Then they are irritated when you ask for clarification. What a nightmare after almost 2 years after my heart attack I still haven't had my bypass. Awful.
