I have done a few appointments with her . I am not looking for a buddy as my cardiologist but someone who at least acts like she cares.Its hard enough being on a heart transplant list I didn't ask for this. My appointment today left very upset.She actually walked out of my exam room without saying anything.No good bye nothing with the nurse behind her saying she is busy. I was a Firefighter/Paramedic for 16 of my 28 years on the job. Patient care was drilled in to our heads from day one. As a Captain I made sure that we treated our patients like we would want our families treated. I would have respected her more if she just said look I don't care. I asked the nurse to have Dr.Hong come back and answer my questions and I told her what I felt about her behavior. She apologized and said she would be better. Too late for me I got another cardiologist. PS we drive 2 hours to see her.
