Completely impressed and happy with my experience here at this location & with Kaiser in general. I had surgery completed with Dr. Michelle Turley today & the whole team absolutely exceeded expectations. The process was efficient, thorough, quick, comfortable, and every move by each staff member created peace & built confidence in what can be a stressful experience. Dr. Michelle Turley RNs - Erin & Maritza, Anesthesia Team - Dr Nguyen, Andre, and Mary - all deserve to be recognized for their outstanding performance. Kaiser is lucky to have each of these individuals who have mastered not only their job responsibilities, but also provide top tier patient care! 10/10 & Thank you for taking exceptional care of me today!

Review is by my mom Thelma but I agree. This is the cleanest hospital I've been to in San Diego and I've been to pretty much most of them (big family). Here is her review: After being in ER of this hospital, I wouldn't go anywhere else. God forbids I have emergency issues again, I'll make sure to tell the ambulance to bring me here. Nurses go out of the way to help. The doctors were there just a few minutes after I was admitted. I have been to other Kaiser facilities but this is top of the line.

I have nothing but HIGH PRAISE for all the staff at Kaiser SDMC. The nurses at PACU and 2-East Med-Surg who took care of me were OUTSTANDING! They were very respectful and keen to my needs. A true measure of professionalism. Shout out to my surgeons Dr. Yiping Li and Gabrielle Kavya Rajulu. The procedure were flawless and my recovery went smooth and no complications. Thank you all for saving me.

I was admitted to the hospital for an MRI, and while I waited, I was placed on a continuous antibiotic drip since the pills I had been taking at home weren't having much effect. The RAD techs were hilarious. They explained I needed to go to the MRI in a wheelchair instead of the gurney I had arrived on. One of them asked, "Can you walk?" "Yes," I replied. "Then prove it!" he said. So I walked down the hall toward the exit doors. He laughed, "Yes, you certainly can walk. You're halfway there!" We both started laughing then, he added, "But come on back so I can put you in a wheelchair--with a blanket." Every single employee I interacted with had a friendly, professional attitude, whether it was the beginning or end of their shifts. I'm truly grateful for the excellent care I've received from Kaiser over the years. Honestly, it's been much better than Sharp--and Kaiser even has FREE parking! That said, I do remember the time a Sharp nurse helped me avoid a speeding ticket. I had called the office to let them know I was on the property, but was being detained by a police officer. She came down and said, "Patty, you look really bad--we've got to get you upstairs immediately." I lost count of how many times she said the word CONTAGIOUS, while glancing at the officer. He kept edging farther away until he finally gave up and let me go. That was awesome!

My son was two months premature and in an incubator. He was tiny when he was born but now he is bigger and healthy.They work very dedicatedly and professionally.Thank you to all the doctors and nurses in the hospital for doing such a great job.
