Hirsch Mehta, MD - San Diego Cardiac Center Medical Group

I had a heart consultation today with Dr. Metah for a positive cardiac calcium score test and I wish I didn't see him. I felt he wasn't interested in my care and that I was wasting his time. He didn't review my chart before the visit, ignored my question about my EKG. When I got home I got on the sharp app to read my after visit summary dictated by him. He documented that my physical exam was normal, my heart & lungs sounds were normal which is a lie since he didn't examine me at all and did didn't listen to my heart or lungs. It's unethical the way he practices medicine and I will not be going back for a follow up appointment with him. It's sad that this is the sharp way which the opposite what they advertise about quality patient care.

I was a patient of Dr Mehta, I highly suggest no one come to this place. I was treated like a fly on the wall. Disrespected and ignored. This Jill Gleason manager of the clinic told me not to come back after I asked her to please get my scan scheduled now and she refused she refused to allow me to speak to Dr Mehta they screwed up my paperwork and delayed my treatment for months put my life in danger I'm reporting them to the medical board her to the nurses board and him to the doctor's board. It's all about money how much money they can make in a very quick. Of time. It has a catchy name cardiac center but really it's a Jip joint. If you have a serious or condition I highly recommend you go to another facility where your life is not in danger.

My husband has been a patient of Dr. H. Mehta for 5 years and he has literally saved his life several times over. He is kind, listens to his patients and takes time to answer our questions. He is very busy and in demand, so we feel fortunate to be able to have him as my husband's cardiologist. We like the fact that all the cardiac services and referrals are available in 1 location. The office is organized and efficient in their support staff. They are good to call back if you have a question or concern. We appreciate this since I am a worrier.

Dr. Mehta has been my cardiologist for several years. He is professional, knowledgeable, and compassionate. He takes the time to truly listen to his patients and provides the best possible care. His level of education and experience gives me extreme confidence in having him as my cardiologist. I would highly recommend Dr. Mehta to anyone seeking exceptional cardiac care.

I have been going to Dr. Mehta for two years and couldn't be happier with my care and treatment. I have found him to be extremely thorough and understanding. His patients' needs are his highest priority. The office staff at the Cardiac Center is very friendly and highly efficient.
