Dr. Mullvain is a wonderful doctor. I knew him in his earlier practice, as I worked in the same hospital. He has alway been top level. I never thought about needing a Cardiologist, until I started to have issues. He does his job well, and very easy to comunicate with.
It was a truly great experience visiting Dr. Mullvain recently. He is extremely personable and it's very clear that he's a brilliant Cardiologist. I feel very taken care of, after having an episode that caused me and my family some worry. Dr. Mullvain is very intuitive, funny, and obviously a true specialist. Hopefully, I won't ever need to visit a cardiologist again, but if I do I will go to him without a doubt. Thanks again!
Regarding Dr. Jeffrey Mullvain, he has an overloaded practice and no time to treat you after an initial visit. Rushed, hectic, no call backs, impossible to schedule an appt. The physician himself is harried and stressed. Not the best place for care but this is typical in San Diego. Perhaps this is due to the extra burden of Covid since he has a very good reputation....
Dr. Mulvain is fantastic. He knows his business and cares about his patients. The staff were very helpful as well. I would recommend him wholeheartedly.
OMG, he is great!! Personable, saved my life 2X, knowledgeable, communicative. can understand him, has humor. I kept him as my heart doctor even while I moved to Oregon, Lompoc (NW of Santa Barbara), Menifee, and most recently Oceanside. He can explain everything so I can understand what needs to be done. He's always on top of things. HE LISTENS to spouses too. My wife insisted that something was "just not right" with me, he listened, checked it out and he found that out exactly when he "went in" and put in 2 stents. I am alive!! Thank you Dr. Mullvain.
