Been waiting for almost a week for his staff to check if my insurance covers a visit, which it does. I got a message from the receptionist telling that they got verification from the insurance company that I am covered and that I should call to schedule an appointment. I called right now and she simply said that they are not accepting new patients without even checking my name or asking any questions. The AETNA system let me add him as primary care doctor for a reason. When doctors can't accept more patients the system blocks you from adding them as your primary doctor. A complete waste of time.

Called to make an appointment. Rude desk lady asked my name, and proceeded to tell me that the cost is $200 for paperwork. I said what?? I'm a patient, she said "oh is this for doc appointment or immigration"?? I said no I'm a patient, my insurance assigned me to this doc. She said well the doc is not accepting new patients. So rude and not helpful at all

She is a very amazing person. Very polite and very considerate. I took my parents to her and she took amazing care of them. Her staff was also A class. Everyone at the office was very caring and considerate. I would absolutely recommend her.

Had the same experience as Marco Cortes and his review. Without even looking up my name, they told me they were no longer accepting new patients. I just needed a referral to see a dermatologist.

Was assigned as my PCP but does not accept new patients.
