Dr. Chung is an exceptional doctor! She has been caring for my father for many years. Whenever we bring up any issues or concerns, she ensures the necessary tests are conducted to address them. We feel very fortunate to have found Dr. Chung, who is both thoughtful and caring.
Honestly this office doesn't even deserve one star but they don't give you the option to hit a zero Dr Kian Chung and her partner Glassman what a joke sent me home with an open wound and then I ended up with an infection from a loop recorder removal. I do not recommend either one of these doctors poor excuse for doctors. I wouldn't let them operate on my dog. Dr Glassman admitted that he didn't close me with a stitch because it wasn't ready for him.Bad,Bad,Bad Doctors
I have been trying to get test results for nearly 3 months. Calls are never returned. That should tell you about staff issues. I have no idea if Dr. Chung is aware of these problems, or if she is a good doctor. I saw her briefly, she ordered tests, and that seems to be the end of it. Based on my experience, I can not recommend this office.
Terrible service. Called to make an appointment. Was told to wait a minute and then they hung up on me. Called again and asked if the number was the number for Dr Kiyon Chung. They said no and then hung up. Double checked the number on google and then called again and the call was rejected. I don't know what's going on but it seems the people who work for dr. Chung don't want to do their jobs
