Dr. Mukherjee is exceptional and takes the time to answer all questions and concerns. Over all of the years I've been seeing Dr. Mukherjee, the other Physicians and procedural employees have been amazing. The only issue I have with the San Bernardino office, is the phone system and getting a "polite", responsive individual on the other side of call. The messages and calls do not seem to be responded to in a timely basis.

I scheduled my Mom's appointment two months ago for 11:am--it is 12:40 pm. and we are still waiting. Maybe in addition to sending us a reminder text the day before the office can send her physical a text as well . Not professional delaying us two hours without prior notification.

I just had surgery and was told to walk in to have someone quickly look at my wound to make sure it is healing right. I thought I'd call in instead just to make sure I could walk in. I called at 9:03am and the lady let me know I could not walk in. I let her know what I was told and I was asking about when I could remove my dressing and changing it out, etc. She asked if I was previously advised before releasing. I let her know that the release papers don't give specific information. The paper says to follow my doctors orders and my doctor did not visit after the surgery, I only spoke with the kind nurse who kept following up on my behalf with the doctor. She was going to transfer me to the person who could help me. After a while, she picked up again, not knowing it was her I reiterated the reason for my call. She asked if no one picked up, I let her know that no one had, she transferred me once again. After a total of 29 minutes, the call disconnected. I called back and the same lady answered. Not knowing it was her, I once again reiterated why I was calling, she seemed a little frustrated and told me she would send an email to the person letting her know it was URGENT so she can contact me back. I waited all day and decided to follow up at 4:13pm. The phone rang and rang, but all the hours listed show they closed at 4:30pm so I kept trying hoping to get through to get an answer to my question. You can see the pictures of my call log but I kept calling and it kept ringing. Finally at 4:24pm someone finally answered, sounded like the person as before. I informed I was calling to follow up and in a short frustrated yet trying to remain calm tone she told me they were closed and that is why they were not answering. She said she was the operator and that they open back up at 8am tomorrow. I let her know that I was surprised because it is listed as closing at 4:30pm, she again stated no that they close at 4pm. I was upset because of the way the interaction was handled. I understand things may be out of her control but setting expectations and following up with your guests/customers can make a big difference. On top of that, she seemed upset and was giving off some attitude. Bothered by the exchange, I decided to call back after 4:30pm just to see if it continues ringing like before. Sure enough, it goes straight to a recorded messages. So now you can understand why I am upset enough to write a review which I have never done before in my life. On top of the whole exchange, she lied to me about the time they close when she could have just given me an update on when I can expect a call back or even just told me that she didn't know I had not heard back. But if she did send a message to the person stating that it was URGEN, then it is alarming that it would be such a long response time. Please do your research before selecting any medical care professional.
