Horrible service from this office and staff . They are Careless. Degrading. Halting. Disrespectful and hateful. I set a appointment on sep 2 for today October 12 . Because that was the only day open. But yesterday they call me to let me know that the doctor will not be in all day plus they didn't have anything open till December 28 this office is a joke . But the worse part is they are careless.I'm very upset. I requested this day from work I'm not only loosing money but time. If I can rate it 0 star I would love to rate it 0. Doctor Aaron Jordan you office is a joke

I've called this office 4 times and NO ONE answers the phone. They kept me on hold over 30 minutes one day! I am reporting this office and Optum Care Network to the Medical board. We have a very serious situation and they are not responsive at all.
