About Dr. Salinas Valley Health Cardiac Wellness Center
Our on-campus Cardiac Fitness Center offers a comprehensive Cardiac Rehabilitation program for people recovering from a heart attack, heart surgery or angioplasty and those experiencing stable angina or congestive heart failure. The program is designed to limit the physical and emotional effects of cardiac illness, reduce the risk for sudden cardiac death or another heart attack, control symptoms, stabilize or reverse the disease process, and help patients resume daily activities. A monitored exercise program, combined with nutrition counseling and cardiac awareness information prepares you to be your best!
