This office seriously overbooks. My wife and I tried it after multiple recommendations as we just moved back to the area and figured an office would be convenient. I'd waste less time going to San Jose for an on time appointment. Both of us waited over 90 minutes just to go to the waiting room. I was there for over 2 hours and maybe seen for 12-15 minutes. On top of that the DRs knowledge on my current medication was alarming and his advice goes against the current science. The office staff was rude and appear to be over worked as I constantly had to correct them with information I had given just seconds before they got wrong. If you are retired I guess it would be OK but I run my own business and have a busy schedule. Time is money and you can never get it back.

The drs are great but their billing department is an absolute mess. We now avoid this place completely due to the office. At one point they told me they would never keep my credit card info on file yet they twice charged my credit card without my consent. After calling every month for over 6 months I finally had to just dispute the charges with my credit card company to get reimbursed as the charges were not valid charges. Now today I received a bill for a no show when we haven't been here in over a year and definitely never scheduled an appointment. I called and they refuse to remove the fee. I have many more horror stories of this place and their awful billing. We will never go here again.

Dr. Ebenhoech is the best! She really takes her time and cares about her patients. She explains things so well, and is really lovely to talk to. Because she see's patients as people and not a time clock, you'll likely have to wait for her, as she get's behind, but it's worth it. She's amazing! The office staff has always been very kind as well.

Well, my insurance card states that I have a 20 dollar copay. These guys charged me 5 times that amount, in violation of the contract they have with my medical insurance provider, Anthem Blue Cross. Don't go here unless you want to get screwed. This post is regarding the husband wife team there, NOT Dr. Ebenhoech. My wife says that Dr. Ebenhoech is a good doctor who bills her appropriately.

The front office staff, medical assistants, and physicians were all wonderful. Had trouble filling a prescription and they got right on sending it to a different pharmacy. Very Responsive--I didn't wait on hold, they listened and helped me find a solution. Thank you!
