I had an excellent experience at Natividad Medical Center. From the moment I arrived, the staff treated me with kindness and professionalism. The nurses helped me right away, assisted me with the paperwork, and made sure I was comfortable throughout my visit. I was called in within minutes, and everything was done efficiently and with care. The doctor took the time to explain my treatment, made sure I understood everything, and even brought in a translator to help. I truly appreciated the attention to detail and how much they cared about my well-being. Thank you to the entire team for your outstanding service.**

I recently had an amazing and successful VBAC at Natividad, and I am beyond grateful for the entire Labor & Delivery and Postpartum teams. From the moment I arrived, every staff member was professional, kind, patient, and truly supportive. They listened to my requests, encouraged me throughout the process, and made me feel safe and cared for the whole way. After delivery, my stay in the postpartum room was wonderful. The room was fully equipped and comfortable, and the nurses checked on me and my baby frequently. They offered so much warmth, support, and helpful information that made recovery feel smooth and reassuring. I'm deeply appreciative of the exceptional care I received and would highly recommend Natividad for childbirth. An outstanding experience from start to finish!

This place has gotten a million times better since I was a kid. Everyone there seem like they care. Things can definitely take a while in the ER but it actually went by pretty quick for me. I was there for a couple hours but things were addressed and explain to me in detail. I would trust my family and friends to be seen here hands down especially with the staff I was with that day

Excellent experience in the ER. Came in on a Thursday morning, received prompt attention, had good explanations from the nurses and doctors about what was happening, saw the specialist I needed before leaving. I was lucky in that they weren't super busy. totally recommend.

Had to take my daughter her because she had a febrile seizure. The nurse and the doctor took very good care of my daughter. We were let home and the next day the doctor texted us to check in on her and give us some test results. I truly felt like they cared about my daughter and it wasn't just a get her out like most ER experiences are. If I ever need to take her back to an ER in Monterey County, I will definitely take her back to Natividad.
