Patient
This doctor was very rude to my mom. On a previous appointment he told her he would send her to physical therapy for plantar fascitis. Turns out he didn't. On her next recheck he discussed blood work results etc. My mom then reminded him again he forgot to send her to physical therapy. He then said he wasn't able to discuss about this at this appointment and should schedule another appointment. Umm doctors take hours to enter the room to the see the patients and then don't even last 15 minutes in the room ?? They turn away patients if they're late. They should respect patients times as well. If a patient's time is 30 minutes they shouldn't be rushing because they are running late it's not every patient's fault.
