I had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Neelima Vallurpalli, MD yesterday. The office check in process was smooth and completed by an exceptionally kind woman. The Dr's assistant took me to a room. She was fun and engaging. When I meet Dr. V, I felt relaxed and confident in the manner by which she was examining my past records and experiences with Sutter. She requested I give a former medication a second try. Logically everything she explained and made sense to try it again. It was lovely to be asked if I were open to this step and, of course I agreed. I left feeling well understood and ready for the next steps with my health care. Thank Dr. V and team.

I've known DrV for over 12 years. She basically has saved my life multiple times. First time diagnosing me with an aortic valve insufficiency, which needed to be replaced urgently and recommended a surgeon for me to have that accomplished. That was 11 years ago. Again , 3 years ago because of her knowledge-she recommended we put a loop recording device so they could track my Afib diagnosis. Because of that Device they had noticed that I had a V-Tach episode that wouldn't have been seen or diagnosed without that loop recorder. Thus the insertion of a pacemaker/defibrillator was then implanted for help control my Afib as well as my VTach episodes. Needless to say, Dr. V is a very important person in my life. Thank you, Dr. V.

Had to wait months for my appointment. Once I arrived 15 minutes earlier as requested, continued to sit there for almost an hour before I saw the doctor, at which point she put the stethoscope to my back for 10 seconds and told me I need current lab work for any assessment. Appointment over. Wow! I waited 3 months to be told I need to get lab work? On top of that, wasted an hour in the waiting room. Really disappointed. I'm sure my insurance will be billed the full price of a visit though. It's too bad our medical industry has become so poorly organized and over run with doctors that can't commit the time they need to for their patients because they are so overloaded. Honestly, I don't blame the doctor, but the system.

This is my cardiologist. She is amazing. Listens to you makes collective suggestions. Schedules my tests and orders my meds. I am able to get responses from her office's quickly.

Dr. V is very nice, personable and professional !! I appreciated all the time she took with me to explain my medical charts and pictures and to explain my situation very clearly. I am grateful for her time and knowledge.
