It's not fun finding out that I have a heart issue that will eventually necessitate a pacemaker. But Dr. Luo makes feel comfortable that I'm receiving the caring attention I hope I deserve. Sutter helped both my parents make it to 94 and 1/2 with all their marbles, so I hope I make it even longer because I have a lot to do. Dr. Luo actually listens and explains and shows no signs of the arrogance that others might display. I'd rather go have a beer with her than see her in her office, but at least I'm well cared for.

I have found my second favorite doctor, now I have 2, at Sutter Health. Dr. Nancy Luo is a very good listener. She is patient, calm, kind, attentive, smart and in my opinion a great Doctor. She diagnosed and is treating conditions even I was unaware of. I feel very comfortable and confident being under the care of Dr. Lou. Thank you Sutter Health.

Dr. Luo has excellent communication, has compassion for you, and she takes the time to LISTEN to your concerns. I have extreme sense of trust and confidence in Dr Luo. who takes time to explain the condition, and discuss treatment options, alongside friendly and efficient.
