Dr Atwal was instrumental in my original diagnosis, which eventually led to my successful heart valve surgery. Additionally, her detailed analysis of my post surgery echocardiogram also gave me "peace of mind", knowing that my immediate care will be well taken care of by her and Sutter's attentive staff.

Dr. Atwal's connection to me as a patient was excellent. She was professional & put me at ease immediately. She explained my health issues in a comprehensible way & left me feeling well informed & comfortable with my diagnosis. She's a 10 out of 10 for sure!

Dr. Atwal is a very pleasant and detail oriented expert professional. She immediately prescribed imaging to confirm diagnosis by previous cardiologist and corrected these appropriately and explained my health status in detail and made sure I understood and appreciated the appropriateness of her health advise while confirming how to implement this is my decision.

Dr Atwal took the time to answer my (too many) questions and provide suggestions that were relevant to my individual situation. I was grateful that Dr Atwal addressed my clinical situation by making a modest and reasonable adjustment to my meds and explaining a rationale for a test that I had not bothered with before (CAC). I learned a lot and left feeling like it was time well spent.

Dr Atwal was professional as well as personal during the appointment I appreciated her ability to take in my concerns along with evaluating my lab results and give me recommendations that made sense. I now have a plan moving forward and look forward to my next appointment
