Dr. Gelfand & his staff are wonderful to work with towards good health! The medical assistants are kind, attentive listeners & Dr. Gelfand explains things thoroughly. These people like their work & care about their patients and it shows. I highly recommend this practice based on my experiences under their care. You'll be in good hands. ;^)

Dr. Gelfand has an excellent doctor / patient relationship. He is pleasant, professional, and precise in communication. Dr. Gelfand is generous with his time and expertise in answering questions and making sure that I understand his answers and any other statements he has made concerning my medical condition. I have the utmost confidence in Dr. Gelfand.

Dr. Gelfand has completed RH Ablation on each of my legs over the past couple of years. He is excellent at his craft, but also has an excellent bedside manner and a wonderful, skilled staff working as his team as well. Highly recommend.

Dr Gelfand is my hero! After many years of dealing with leg wounds I can say I am finally healed. I followed his protocol and then had a vein ablasion and I feel wonderful. He's very good at his profession and very nice as well. Hi nurse, Jill, is wonderful too!

Came in on referral for a small lump at my inner left calf already present before a recent lymph inflammation along my calf. Dr. Gelfand indicated that it would be most likely a varicose vein and, since small, recommended wearing compression socks. He then switched to a different topic from a year ago when I was misdiagnosed as having a stroke when admitted to ER for left arm numbness. The more likely cause was later assessed as a peripheral neuropathy, possibly a Parsonage-Turner syndrome. However Dr. Gelfand doubled-down on the stroke root cause, not relevant to the visit. He ordered additional testing justifying his position, with rather creative explanation and little consideration for my input. I therefore would not recommend Dr. Gelfand.
