My daughter has a very complex medical history and Dr. Calderon took her time getting to know her and making us feel very comfortable at our first Appointment! We have seen many doctors over the years so i greatly appreciated the way she treated my daughter!

I strongly recommend staying away from this clinic. While things may seem fine if your visit goes smoothly, any complications are met with indifference. In my case, the experience was deeply troubling. During the appointment, the doctor unexpectedly and unprofessionally called me a "very selfish person" for literally no reasons. Even more concerning, the doctor altered my medical record--seemingly in an attempt to cover up a mistake made by UCR Student Health, with which this clinic is affiliated. The doctor also attempted to prescribe a medication that would have worsened my condition. After the visit, I submitted a formal complaint requesting a refund. Every time I followed up, the front desk staff were dismissive and simply told me to wait. It has now been over a year, and I have received no response whatsoever. This case reflects a serious ethical breach, as it appears one doctor was actively covering for another. Worse still, the administrative department seems to play no supervisory role at all, raising serious concerns about the integrity of both the providers and the leadership. I would be extremely wary of entrusting my health to people operating in such an environment.
After explaining how persistent and disruptive my migraines have been, I was referred to a neurologist. However, I was not provided with a plan for managing my symptoms while I wait for the appointment -- which can take quite some time. In addition, I was advised not to take ibuprofen long-term due to the risk of rebound migraines, leaving me without an interim plan and unable to rely on the only medication that currently eases my symptoms.
I really enjoy Dr. Campos. I think she is a great asset to Ucr Health. She's very kind takes her time and very caring. I still do not like the fact that you have to pay for parking. I think it's very inconvenient for a customer I once had to pay $10 just for my visit
