First appointment was nice. Nice building nice staff. Called in the morning to make an appointment cause I wasn't feeling well, receptionist made it for the same day at 1:45pm asked if there was anything later was told no. Okay fine. Tried to make it but having kids I wasnt going to be able to be there on time. Called to reschedule, receptionist said I can't reschedule because I cancelled my appointment. I asked why if I called the same day to make the appointment am I unable to reschedule. She said because I am cancelling my appointment late notice I wont be able to make a new appointment per the system won't let her. I wasn't informed that if I wanted to reschedule I wouldnt be able to and now I supposedly have to wait until next week to even call and make an appointment. Very frustrating and unprofessional let alone the receptionist was rude. i'm pretty sure their business is meant to help people not cause even more obstacles to even be seen. I've delt with good doctors offices and bad ones and usually the good places are more concerned with their patients than their "system". So with that being said going to find a new doctors office that isn't a hassel to be seen in the first place. The receptionists are the first contact through their services and at least I personally feel as though class and integrity should be shown to represent their business from the start to finish.
