About Dr. Raincross Medical Group

Raincross Medical Group was founded in 1996 by six Family Physicians in order to share call from one location. We each pride ourselves in providing complete, up-to-date medical care in a comfortable setting. We enjoy spending time with our patients in order to better understand their needs. Raincross Medical Group now includes four independent physicians and their staff.

I have been going to Raincross Medical Group for a few years now and I can't say enough good things about Dr. Kimberly Belleza NP I've seen Dr. Belleza for a while now and she is simply the best!! Each time I go in there distressed, not feeling well... I come out of there feeling so much better. She is professional, excellent listener, really aims to understand her patients as people, kind, caring, knowledgeable, patient and never rushes the visits... She makes sure all of my concerns are addressed. I feel heard and seen... She is AMAZING! I've seen many doctors and it's very rare to have someone have all these great qualities like Dr. Belleza does. I highly, highly recommend her!

At the beginning of my care, Dr. Hinson was kind, attentive, and made me feel like he genuinely cared about my health. He listened to my concerns and I initially felt hopeful that my issues were being taken seriously. Unfortunately, as time went on, that changed. My ongoing symptoms were dismissed, and I felt brushed off rather than supported. Despite continuing to struggle, nothing was done to meaningfully address or help with my concerns. It was disappointing, especially after such a positive first impression. I wish the level of care and attentiveness from the start had continued throughout my treatment.

My experience with Dr. Solis has been nothing short of excellent. He's extremely professional and listens to every concern I have. He truly cares about his patients health. He follows up with labs and is very thorough when it comes to getting to the root problem and addressing my concerns. I've been to several other doctors in the past and even though it's a bit of a drive for me, his office is completely worth it. The entire staff (front and back) are great. I'm writing to share my disappointment and frustration with a recent experience at Raincross Medical Group during my wife's annual physical with Dr. Priya Kunaseelan. Having recently relocated to the Riverside area, we were eager to establish care with a reputable provider. While the earliest available appointment was over a month out, we accepted the delay based on the clinic's positive reviews and strong reputation. During the visit, Dr. Kunaseelan ordered routine bloodwork, and we were told at the front desk that a follow-up--being directly tied to the physical--would be scheduled within a week. That communication reassured us. However, once the results came in, we were informed that Dr. Kunaseelan would not be available for the follow-up and that the review would instead be handled by her Nurse Practitioner. This was misaligned with the expectations that had been set. We had hoped to continue the conversation and build rapport with Dr. Kunaseelan--not be redirected without prior notice. If this is the clinic's standard protocol, that information should have been transparently shared from the beginning so we could make an informed decision. To add to the frustration, we were then told the earliest available follow-up was nearly 20 days out--a far cry from the one-week timeline initially communicated. Having already waited over a month for the original appointment, this felt like yet another delay in what should be a straightforward continuity of care. When I raised these concerns at the front desk, I was met with defensiveness and accused of "shouting," despite maintaining a firm yet respectful tone. The interaction left me feeling not only unheard, but also unfairly labeled. I couldn't help but sense an undercurrent of bias in the way I was treated, which was deeply upsetting. We approached Raincross Medical Group with trust and the intention of building a lasting healthcare relationship. But the lack of clear communication, the extensive wait times, and the dismissive attitude from staff have made us seriously question that choice. I share this feedback with the hope that it's received constructively--because every patient deserves timely, transparent, and respectful care, especially when entrusting a new healthcare team with their well-being.
