I wish i could put 0 stars. The lady that answers the phone calls is ridiculous!!! My 3 week old son has needed a follow up on his mur mur and for THREE WEEKS she has sent me running around and calling his pediatrician and I still do not have an appointment for him. His pediatrician has sent over 3 chest x-rays and 3 referrals but for some reason she can never find them AND they called her and talked to her! It is 3:50pm on Friday and I got off the phone with her at 3:09pm to call his pediatrician AGAIN as she asked. I called back at 3:29pm and even though they do not close until 5:00pm they are now closed and "THE ANSWERING DEPARTMENT" cant make appointments. Seriously the worst experience i have ever come across dealing with the medical field!! So rude and unprofessional!!!! Being a business if she saw how much trouble ive been having for WEEKS she should of offered to call the pediatrician to see where the problem was!!!! Will never recommend!!!

I just need to know if this office is still in business. I have attempted to call an schedule an appointment but seems like its always closed. I call at 9,11,4 and no luck. Should I relocate my childs referral?

I'm very surprised by the bad reviews. I have had a great experience with Doctor and staff. Office isn't always available due to the doctor's hospital visits.

ZERO STARS IS TOO MUCH FOR THEM!!! THE STAFF IS VERY RUDE!!
