Saw Dr. as a new patient because my Dr. retired. Dr. was kind, thorough, on time and right on point. The reception Giselda was very sweet and helpful too. The medical assistant was kind too. 10/10 recommend.

I am hesitant seeing the doctor. Let's say i have trust issues. I was pleasantly surprised by Sharon. And her assistant. They were through and answered every question I had. The wait time was non existent. They were both personable and attentive! I give her an ovation for her timely and knowledgeable work! THANK YOU FOR MAKING IT AN EASY VISIT

On May 22nd at 0946 Went in to do a follow up for an injury, intake staff Angelica took me in for vitals amd askednwhat I was here for today and what medicines was I prescribed at the ER i told her injured at work and that I was not sure how to pronounce the medicine nor spell it and that I did not want to butcher the name and asked if she could look for it on ER after health summary I provided her she quickly looked at it then pointed at medicines that where administered for pain/swelling at the ER such as Morphine etc all listed under what was administered not prescribed ! also she asked if that was it which I replied no thats Morphine that is not it and that my prescriptions thatnwhere prescribed to me are listed on the paperworl she was holding she then gave me back my paperwork and said could look for them (with an attitude), all this took place during her taking my blood pressure..yes during a matter of time that it takes to get your blood reading I guess she expected me to look over paperwork one handed in a chair and also talk during my vital check! as I struggled to not drop my papers I said I need a desk the blood pressure machine then stopped where she removed the arm band and I told her I was gonna step out and call my girlfriend to assist me because i was jot getting help. I walked out to where all the other staff is and she continues to be rude and tell me "yea when you find out talk to reception and try to come back so I open the lobby door and call my girlfriend to assist me and while I am doing that she is telling the manager that I am being rude (all this while I am 15 feet away so I turned to there direction and asked how was I rude ? she rambled very nervously about asking for medicines making no point and I told her my question to you is how am I being rude ? she now adds that Inraised my voice (the room we were in is 4 ft across the admin area where all the staff is no one ever came in nor did they hear any disturbance and thay is because this never hapened. The manager asked me to step into an office where I explained everything that happened, the manager looked over my ER after health summary report and said she did not see prescribed medicines so I said I gave them to Angelica so she went out of the office and came back with 2 additional pieces of paper from the after health summary that Angelica had kept when ingagingnthe manager... that is where it had the medication listed literraly on page 2, Manager heard me out and said she was sorry and that she can send another girl in to finish and this is where I told her I would stay but the fact that Angelica is lying and tried to flip this like I was the rude one is a concern and also the fact that all staff may be friends made me uncomfortable to get treated as well. I said I will seek services somewhere else and also that I wanna make a formal complaint and that if manager would not take my complaint I coupd go higher, she gave me her personal email, gathered the names said thank you and left.

I have known Dr. Sharon Laughlin for many many many years, she has always been very honest, sincere and right on point. She is an awesome person and a great doctor, her staff is a reflection on who she is they are also very helpful and very courteous. Thank you Dr. Laughlin.

My mother was her patient for about 15-20 years. I accompanied her on a few appointments through the years and found the front office staff rude, dismissive and unprofessional. I remember one particular incident where we were waiting and a man came in and told the office staff that his ill wife was in the car. The office ladies barely looked up and told him to go to the emergency room. After he left all of the office staff laughed and started making fun of the poor worried man. It was terrible. I told my mom she should consider changing doctors but since she usually only went once a year for a wellness check it wasn't really a priority. This was a mistake. In 2017 I accompanied my mom to an appointment with the PA. I mentioned to the PA that I felt my mom had a UTI. The PA dismissed my concern by simply saying, "Well, when you get old you use the bathroom more!" A few weeks later my mother fell breaking her pelvis which led to a stay in a rehab facility which led to a bacterial infection and a stroke. I took my mom to see Dr. Laughlin one last time, desperately seeking help and any assistance, and I was directed to the ER (basically dismissed just like the earlier man with his wife) but not before the doctor told me flat out, "Your Mom is going to die soon, prepare yourself." She then preceded to hand me some little pamphlets with some information about how you can donate a body and it can be used to help plant a tree. Seriously. That was it. Meeting over. Dr. Laughlin was one of the most uncaring, insensitive and inappropriate people I've ever had the displeasure of meeting. Her lack of empathy, concern, or simply basic decency has continued to bother me for the past six years. I'll always feel that if my initial concern about my mother's health had been addressed then perhaps her story would have been different. I truly believe Dr. Laughlin, along with her PA, contributed to my mother's death. If you value your health and want a caring and professional doctor, please look elsewhere. I'll always regret that I didn't convince my mom to switch doctors before it was too late.
