Staff was friendly and welcoming upon my arrival, office was clean and well maintained. Dr. Collins was very attentive to my concerns and extremely patient and thorough. 10/10 I highly recommend this doctor. He is very knowledgeable and attends multiple hospitals, so you have many options for where you can receive care.
Murrieta office very unprofessional. Waited hour past my appointment time for a stress test. Waited another 1/2 hour after for Dr. To go over my results. After waiting half an hour they set up a phone appointment instead to go over results, a week later. They never called a week later and when I called them they said he was too busy to call even though I had an appointment. Told them to send my results to my primary who referred me to this office and they said I had to provide them with my Doctors fax number. Really they received referrals from my Doctor all the time. I looked it up and gave it to the office assistant. If the Doctor was too busy to call me he should have had the office call to reschedule. Very Unprofessional.
