I only see Stacey and I love her. Only see Dr Lynch couple times but never had any problems with him. And I been going to Dr Lynch office in Riverbank for over 15 years. Love Stacey she is the best. I always ask for her. She so kind,patience, caring. She always listen to you. And gives you her time as long as you need her, never makes you feel she in a rush. Highly recommend Stacey.
Stacey, incredible! Takes time, listens. Been going here for sometime. The issue is that The follow through with referrals and prescriptions is awful. In one month was waiting for a referral for Stanford, 4 weeks go by, hear nothing. Call the office, no record of a referral request on file. Then waiting on a prescriptions that required pre-auth. Call twice, we will call you. 2 weeks go by. No phone call, then call again oh it wasn't approved. So why didn't the office call to inform me of this? Nor what steps should be taken since prescription wasn't approved. We will get back to you...did I hear back? No! So incompetent in actually completely the care that needs to reach the patient.

Normally I don't take the time out of my day to write anything negative, but I feel it is necessary when it comes to this office. I always appreciated Dr. Stacy, she was very kind and straight forward the few times I was seen by her. I've always felt like Dr. Lynch saw me as another number. He never cared to ask how I was truly doing or get into detail about how my day to day life and how my mental and physical health actually was. Instead got me in and out of his office rather quickly leaving me feeling even worse than when I showed up. If you're looking for close personal care from a doctor who actually cares about you and your well being then don't go here.
I love this office great staff especially Monique . Vary understanding and really cares for her patient's. My mom is Portuguese and she is able to speak to Monique . Every office needs someone like that in there office. people that take the time to go that extra mile to take care and help people. I would recommend this office to anyone .
