Came in today for my first checkup/appointment went ok they take a little long. They prescribed me supposedly medicine because I'm not feeling a lot at all. Came to Walgreens. Of course there's no record. Kaiser would never do this. My pharmacy always had everything. I understand it's the weekend and people wanna go home but don't promise customer's something you cant accomplish.
I've been bringing my 3 kids all their life for 22 years.I work in the healthcare field managing clinics and hospitals and I went to a different provider for second opinion and always have to come back to Dr Raul Hernandez. He tells you directly what is wrong and treats it right away. The appointments are open to urgent matters and their referral process has improved magnificently. My husband and I will begin seeing Dr Arteaga as well. Now that we hit the 40s it's time to take care of our health problems seriously.
Customer service Rep DOES not answer the phone unless you call over 20x. Very unprofessional as you are dealing with people who are in the need of help. Never should you be open and not answering phones! It is your job and if you don't like it then let someone know but people are in the need of help and no one is answering.
Dr Raul is amazing, we met him when my son was 2yrs old, he always was so good and nice to him, my son will be 18 on September 2018. Dra. Edna is very cool, she listens to you and is very helpful and nice to me. Very awesome power couple of drs. The front staff is another review not in this one, sorry to say.
Experience thier was awesome Brenda and Marc and and the male doctor are awesome his wife not so good very horrible attitude towards people who want to learn I had to introduce myself to everyone. They were friendly except the female doctor , I overheard her saying she don't know why she excepts exturns cause they just come heard and stand around and talk . Shes rude and unprofessional I can't believe shes a doctor she must not like her job. If u teach your exturns right cause they come to learn and if your not willing to teach u aren't a good role model and shouldn't be in this profession Marc and Brenda should get awards dealing with that love u guys .
