I can't say enough good things about my experience with my cardiac Nurse Practitioner. From the start, she went above and beyond to ensure I received the care I needed. She took the time to truly listen, evaluate my symptoms carefully, and promptly ordered the appropriate tests without delay. She delivers information quickly, efficiently, and in a way that's easy to understand, which made a world of difference when dealing with complex cardiac concerns. Her professionalism, combined with her compassionate care and attention to detail, gave me confidence and peace of mind throughout my consultation. I'm incredibly grateful to be under her care. Highly recommend.

Unfortunately, my experience with Dr. Elias has led to a significant loss of confidence. I waited for one hour, only for him to enter the examination room briefly to inform me that he needed to perform emergency heart surgery. He declared that my visit was complete and left the room within a minute. I found Dr. Elias to be more concerned with financial gain than patient care. His interactions suggested a lack of genuine medical knowledge and bedside manners, which calls his credentials and expertise into question. Based on my encounter, I would recommend considering alternative healthcare providers, as I do not believe Dr. Elias meets the standard of care one should expect.
