Friendly staff on arrival. Plenty of parking. Hard to locate at normal speed from eureka way. Office is spacious and nicely decorated. Absolute no-nonsense cardiologist gets right to the point which I totally appreciate. Also latest of technology is used.
The people here treat you like a person, not a number. From the front office to the PA/MA to the doctor...EVERYONE was respectful and spoke to me like we were already friends. This is how it should be at all dr offices. Thank you to everyone at Dignity Health (2780 Eureka Way), you should all be commended!
We were vacationing in the area and my dad had a medical emergency. He was admitted to Mercy Medical Center in Redding and received wonderful care. The nurses, doctors, specialist, hospital staff were truly kind, supportive and focused on his care.
