Terrible doctor. Dr. Reinhart is only interested in collecting from the patient's insurance company. His practice is only set up for his convenience and making more and more money. Appointment times are never kept. There is no consideration for the pain his patients are experiencing.
My experience was very good! Dr Reinhardt is a very pleasant doctor to meet! He treated me with excellent respect and understanding of my issues. He actually studied my MRI and explained the details to me in a very complex and easy way to understand. He did not rush me and for that alone I did not mind the wait. He was extremely patient and caring. I was treated for an issue I have been struggling with for some time and feel much better now. I highly recommend him! And also, he has a very efficient and kind staff.
De. Reinhart was great. He provides the patient with a sense of optimism and a workable plan towards relief. He also took the time on Friday - when he had completed his day, but opened the office for me for my first consult, he was warm, friendly and extremely knowledgeable as well as encouraging
Dr. Reinhart is very busy because he cares. There may be a wait, but he and his PA Berglund are skilled.
I have an appointment with Meghan Berglund, PA-C for Dr Reinhart. My appt was at 2:15 pm. I waited for 1 hour before being called into an office. It is now 4:15 pm Meghan Berglund is nowhere in sight Staff has come in twice to explain she's on her way . This is not a good representation for Dr Reinhart Absolutely unprofessional and disrespectful to patients
