New-patient intake was easy. Minimum wait to see the doctor. Staff friendly and professional. Diagnostic images were taken and processed fast. The wait for Dr Prendiville was minimal. The doctor was friendly and listened to me. Diagnosed a potential area of concern with followup tests in the future. Overall, a very good experience.
Impressed from the moment I walked into the office. Greeted by a warm, welcoming, intelligent staff member. Beautiful, clean, updated office. The Medical Assistant was top notch! This is the first time I had an appointment with Dr P and I have to tell you, he's very knowledgeable, explained everything in great detail and spent a lot of time with me during a very thorough exam. Five Star PLUS!
First visit...so far so good! Have upcoming pre-op visit and surgery yet to come. Dr. Prendiville took his time and I felt he was truly devoting all his attention to my specific needs, answered all my questions and even gave me his private cell if I had any further questions--excellent so far. Surgery will take place in a few weeks. Stand-by for further updates.
The entire staff at Shaaf Eye Center were awesome and very caring. Dr. Prendiville did a fantastic job between the cataract consult and surgery. It's amazing how clearly I can see with no pain.
