Dr Gusalt is NEGLIGENT. came in 11/21/25 with severe left chest pain and left side of my head EXCRUCIATING pain prior to visit. The doctor when admitted said only this " why are you here "I was shocked at his very rude attitude and he put his hand in my face as well I had to ask him to take his hand out of my face and to step back. I then asked him if he even read any of the notes or knew why I was there he simply looked at me and shook his head no. After I explained the pain I was in he ordered tests when I was taken to get a CT scan he only ordered a CT scan of my chest and not my head I had to inform them of the pain in my head and that a CT scan should be done of my head as well. Then when my blood work was done I had to request a different nurse to take my blood as the first one stuck the needle in and started to move the needle around while it was in my arm I had to tell her to take the needle out ! I asked to speak to the nurse in charge she came over I voiced my concerns and asked for someone else another nurse came and immediately was able to draw blood. I was told that Tess would be run and that they were checking for a blood clot. Today is the 25th and I've just been informed by my primary care physician that no INR was ran to check for a blood clot. COMPLETE NEGLIGENCE BY A SO CALLES DR. WITH A TERRIBLE DUSPOSITION. Had there been a blood clot and I'm still not sure there isn't one I could have literally died because I was lied to and no test for blood clots was done. Completely disgusting Care by a doctor whose people's lives are in the hands of. The gals at the front registration were very nice and most of the nurses were very kind. Update to response. . . Ridiculous. I may have spelled the Drs. Name incorrectly ,however everything in this review is true and honest. I can see why there is only a 2* on this hospital emergency room .
