Went in on a Friday afternoon around 4 for a walk in. Was in and out in less than an hour. Staff was kind even at the end of the day in Friday, doc came right in prescribed what I needed and shared some treatment tips and sent me on my way. Appreciate the seamless process and kindness of the staff.

I had a great experience during my recent visit with my daughter to urgent care. From the moment we arrived, Maria was warm, attentive, and highly professional. She made the check-in process smooth and stress-free, and throughout the visit, she showed genuine care and compassion to my daughter. Maria took the time to listen carefully to my concerns, answered all of my questions thoroughly, and made sure I was comfortable and informed during the entire process. I really appreciated her kindness and efficiency, she turned what could have been a stressful visit for my daughter into a positive one. Thank you, Maria!

If you are in need of urgent care, please skip this office.The front desk is run by children who are unprofessional and have a lack of understanding, the actual provider probably needs to go back to school and learn about mannerism, and how to speak to people.The amount of professionalism is nonexistent.They will take your copay upfront, see you and then tell you to come back three days later. When I called over the phone I gave them the entire information, they needed to make a professional decision.Whether we needed to come in or not.And if or they took our insurance, they said they did.Once I got there, they said they didn't know if they took our insurance.I looked up my insurance app, and they are part of the provider care group during the appointment.The provider told my child that it was up to them because they were over eighteen when they are not over eighteen.They didn't even take the time to read any of the paperwork.They asked me to come back three days later.There's no professionalism.He probably got his phd off of temu.

This was definitely the shortest waiting time I have ever had at any urgent care. As soon as my paperwork was done, they were taking me back. The front and back office staff were friendly, and the Dr. was quick, but thorough. They turned what I thought was going to be a stressful afternoon, into an easy one.
