Horrible customer service.. Stay away from this place. I received a bill for a service I got. I paid online and my account showed $0 balance. Then a few months later I received a call from a collection agency asking me to pay my balance.. when I checked my account, it showed $98 (it was $0 before, so i thought it was strange)... So I paid it in full, and my balance was $0. Then I received another call following months to pay $98. To my surprise my balance was not $0.. so I paid.. this kept going for 4 months in a row.. I was so upset and I drovr to the office to find out what was going on. The lady at the front desk just said, we don't do billing here.. Anyway, after several calls to figure out why I kept getting $98 invoices, I found out that whenever I paid $98, there was another line item (which does not showing up anywhere) and $98 was being applied to that balance.. I was so fed up being harassed by a collection agency every month for 4 months in a row all because they somehow had a glitch on the system and my balance always showed $0.. I have over 850 credit score and I don't like being harassed by a collection agent.. I canceled my appointment with the doctor at this office because I will never go back to this place.. terrible billing system, terrible customer service and don't need any unnecessary headache.. Look at the reviews... don't go to this office.. not worth it..

Appt times are just a mere recommendation. I've never been seen on time. Often, the provider is not even here when we arrive and is 'in route'. When you ask why, you're told you can reschedule. But appts are months out. Would be nice to have our time respected, the same way we respect the providers. Don't overbook. Hire more. Put your focus on patient care and experience over profit.

My recent experiences with Chapparal Medical Group in Rancho Cucamonga have left me deeply disappointed and frustrated. The front desk staff at this facility is incredibly disorganized and shows a blatant lack of consideration for patients' time and well-being.
On multiple occasions, I have encountered issues with scheduling appointments for my father, only to arrive and find that we were not on the schedule or that the physician assistant was fully booked with no regard for the time we took off work to be there. The lack of communication and empathy displayed by the staff is appalling.
To make matters worse, we received a last-minute phone call notifying us that the physician assistant was not available on the day of our scheduled appointment, after we had already made arrangements to be there. This level of disregard for patients' time and inconvenience is unacceptable.
I attempted to address these concerns with the staff, but it was evident that they did not prioritize resolving issues or improving their processes. It is clear to me that Chapparal Medical Group lacks the organizational skills and customer service mindset necessary to provide quality care to their patients.
I strongly advise anyone considering this medical group to proceed with caution and be prepared for potential frustrations and disappointments. Our health and time are valuable, and it is essential to seek medical care from providers who prioritize professionalism, organization, and respect for their patients.

The staff at this place has no idea what they're doing and they don't take accountability for their mistakes. When I tried to book my appointment originally the medical group my insurance is under had changed since the time of my referral, I only found this out by calling my medical group since the receptionist Sonia, was not helpful in figuring out why I couldn't book the appointment. I called my medical group and they called this office to send my authorization over and then I received a call back from here letting me know that my appointment was set up. I had to reschedule the appointment because I had a medical emergency and when I called to reschedule (had to reschedule the next day since they didn't answer the phone the day of) they rescheduled the appointment and didn't mention any issue. Now, today, they're telling me they can't take my insurance because of my medical group. When I tried to explain that we already went over this and that they spoke to my medical group, all I got back was "we don't take that medical group so we can't see you." Completely ignoring the fact that they obviously made a mistake on their end. Tried to speak to the manager and she had the worst condescending attitude and said that I lied about having my medical group contact her office, and that I'm partly responsible in this mistake they made. This place is pathetic and I'm glad I won't be coming here.

I was very impressed with the nurse practitioner but follow up or talking to someone is impossible. I needed a prescription called in and so far have called and left messages which no one returns. Also sent in and talked to the receptionist who said she would let the NP know and still no prescription sent. What should maybe take five minutes is so far five days. Not impressed with the overall of their staff.
