Went to this office for blood work and annual physical checkup. They missed giving me half of my lab paperwork orders and I had to go back to their office and get the rest of it so I could go back to LabCorp for blood work. On the second visit, they misspelled my first name and when I went to the LabCorp, they couldn't fix it in their system because Chaparral medical employees messed up my name in their system. Went back to their office to fix their mistake and they opened 16 minutes late! This place is whole mess. They don't pay attention to details, which means they care less about people's lives in here.
it takes up to a hour for their office to answer the phone. and the recording message says" your call is very important to us". sounds like a joke.
*Urgent Attention Required* I am writing to express my disappointment and concern regarding my recent experience at Dr. Hwang's office. On March 3rd, I visited Dr. Hwang and was prescribed two medications. However, it has now been two weeks and I have yet to receive these medications. Upon calling the office to inquire about the delay, I was informed that Dr. Hwang had forgotten to include instructions on the frequency of dosage. I find this explanation to be unacceptable. It is the responsibility of the office staff to ensure that all necessary information is included with prescriptions, rather than relying on patients to follow up and rectify the situation. This experience has led me to question the level of professionalism and attention to detail displayed by Dr. Hwang's staff. As a patient, it is not my responsibility to remind the office of their obligations. I urge Dr. Hwang's office to take immediate action to address these issues and ensure that patients receive the level of care and service they deserve. I hope that Chaparral medical group will take my feedback seriously and take necessary steps to improve their services. Until then, I would caution others to carefully consider their options before choosing this practice.
Chaparral Medical Group has neglected treating my pregnant wife for over 3 months. I understand the endocrinologist was out but my wife is pregnant and was told by the doctor herself that because she's pregnant they need to keep changing her medication dosage. Over 3 months later they tell her that they could have sent her to radnet to get an ultrasound instead of waiting 3 months. Now they tell her the soonest appointment they can give her is February 2nd. She gives birth in January. Thay would mean she would be going without care for 6 months. All they do is say sorry and that they are doing their best. Their best is absolute garbage. Even when my wife called for those three months they kept saying they would get back to her but never did. A complaint to the medical board of California will be made. I suggest other with the same experience file a complaint also.
