I honestly can't believe Arch Health Urgent Care in Ramona only has a 2.1 rating. We went there as out-of-state patients, arriving just 45 minutes before closing on a Saturday, and the care we received was exemplary. George, our nurse practitioner, was amazing. There was some concern about a possible heart issue, and he took the time to carefully work through the symptoms, order the right testing, and reassure us every step of the way. What impressed me most was his thoughtful, compassionate approach to the fact that we were self-pay -- he gave us excellent care without breaking our pocketbook. From the front desk to the provider, every person we encountered was professional, kind, and attentive. I truly can't think of a situation where five stars is more appropriate. Thank you, Arch Health!

Will not go back unless absolutely necessary! Took my son in for very bad sore throat, cough and fever. First time (went twice) they checked him and wanted to test for the flu and Covid I declined and said I know he's got something I want to make sure it's not strep. So tested for strep, came back negative. The y sent us on our way and said to return if fever goes higher than 100.4. So that night my son gets worse, lethargic, high fever of 103. We go back in and it was crowded. I advised that we were there the day before and were told to return if fever increases. The girl took my paper and I asked how long the wait would be, she told me 2 hours. As much as I didn't want to wait two hours, I didn't want to chance leaving and waiting longer at Children's. So we waited and waited. Note, I stated on the paper that my sons fever had increased and he has asthma and wanted to rule out any infections. We waited 2.5 hours so I finally asked how much longer and I was told there was one person ahead of us. We checked in at 2pm, finally, almost 4 hours later. We got called back at 5:38pm. I expressed my anger at having to wait longer than was told and said if they had told me that it would be longer or even gave me a heads up after waiting two hours, I would've left. I told the nurse my concerns about the high fever and his history with asthma. She validated my concerns and said well we need to test him for the flu and COVID, I said you do what you need to do but I'd like an x ray to make sure he doesn't have pneumonia or bronchitis. My concern stemmed from the high fever. She agreed and left to get the swab for those test. She comes back and swabs him and says he looked so much worse than the day before. The doctor came in and and started asking what was going on and I again expressed my concerns. He started to listen to my sons heart and stated he thought it was the flu. No sooner the nurse pokes her head in and says flu was positive. I said ok can we get the x ray just to make sure because he doesn't wheeze and we've been told to push for that. The doctor never checked my sons ears, nose or throat, he literally stopped the exam once the nurse told him the results. He advised for my son to just use his inhaler. We waited again about 10 min. The nurse came in with discharge papers. I said what about the x ray, she looked at me and said we can't do it, I said why not and she said the tech left at 5. I was livid! I don't understand why she wouldn't have told me that when I first expressed my concerns when she took us back. The doctor was arrogant and seemed to only care about the flu diagnosis. Long story short, I ended up at his pediatricians office the next day because fever was still high, eyes were blood shot and sticking together. Nurse practitioner diagnosed him with walking pneumonia. Started zpak and he almost immediately started feeling better. The disregard for my concerns for my child were unacceptable. Would not recommend Nicholas Spear PA. I should state that prior to this we have had decent experiences with other physicians.

Very friendly staff that has come to do physical therapy with my mother. Vince, the therapist's name, is patient and willing to explain things so that my mother is aware of what the exercises are supposed to accomplish. Always punctual, arrives within the half hour window he gives every time. The whole experience is positive.

The first time I visited this facility for my child we waited 2 hours to be told they don't know when the doctor was going to arrive and that this happens often. So I change PCP but kept the same office, well my second visit to them for a nurses visit I was told I needed to provide all documents including insurance card because their system has been down for 8 weeks and tried to turn me away for not having medical ID number etc. I then asked why they are making this so difficult when they can call and verify insurance with our ss number. I was advised they are paperwork documenting all visits and trusting the patients word on their need for care. The entire office is doing incompetent and genuinely do not care how much of your time they waste with the games they play.

The "virus" issue has gone ridiculously a disservice to the community. They can't make referrals, can't send pharmacy orders to optumrx, they want me to come in and pick up a prescription. I am in Florida and mom at 94 doesn't Drive. THAT IS WHY WE HAVE MAIL ORDER I can't believe they can call but we can't call back to explain. Takes them 2 weeks to call and twice they lied!!!!!!! Trash office that doesn't know how to do a workaround!!! Amber you lied! Dr Quan's office and Dr Mulvihill both called optumrx and approved a prescription!!! They both are under Palomar
