They sent me a bill for an urgent care visit a whole year and a half after my visit. Surprise! And since it was from a different year, I couldn't use my medical reimbursement account and had to pay out of pocket. That's unacceptable.
I did have some some good visits at urgent care over the few years I was part of the medical group though. But overall, they're just about the profit.

I am writing this review after I have been patient for a year with ENT Dr Patrick Fitzgerald .This is the worst medical experience I have ever had. I should write one star review after first time see him and change a Doctor.
I have been to see him for 11times since March 2024. because of excessive nasal discharge and nasal congestion. I have spent a lot of time and energy to see him, but my nose issues has been no improvement.
He is very arrogant, impatient and unprofessional. Although each appointment with him takes at least a month. But most of the time he will talk to you for less than 10 minutes. He will even ask you what can I do for you? Obviously, he didn't review my case History and he forget that he asked me to come back to see him .
He will start the Procedure before the anesthesia takes effect, causing me to suffer a lot of pain!
There is no written visit record every time, and even after the Procedure, there is no written of post Procedure care instructions.
Because there is no post-operative care instructions, I did not take care of it properly, so one side of the nose improved after the Procedure. Then he told me how to take care of my nose and see him again.
Well, I went back for two weeks and saw him again, and he said that my nose recovered well.
The fact is that the left side of my nose has not improved at all. He said we could do a second Procedure to fix it.After waiting for another month, the day before the procedure , they called me and told me that they received the wrong surgical equipment, so the surgery was cancelled !
Then I waited for a long time for a new appointment of procedure,When I arrived at the office, the doctor said that your nose is actually fine and you don't need to do it again!
I asked him why I still have so much mucus in my nose , which makes me unable to sleep and seriously affects my life.He said You should do an X-ray first. If necessary, I will recommend you to another doctor for another procedure.
But when I went to see him today ,he asked me again, what can I do for you? lol apparently he forgot he asked me to see him for X-Ray results!
I asked, have you seen my X-ray? He said no. Then he looked at the laptop that a nurse handed him .Then he said everything is normal, and there are nothing I can do for you, because everyone's nose has a quarter of gallon Mucus every day is normal.
Then I said I didn't understand something you said , do you have a translator Machine ?He said angrily if you need a translator, you should have asked when you came in, not now!
The nurses here are also incompetent (except for the front desk). Usually for a simple referral take a months ,they are not friendly to patients anyway!
The worst thing is they were charge me something they didn't do for me on the bill .
I hope all of the ENT doctor's and nurses here should go to the Polama health Ramona clinic to learn how do they treat the patients ,all of the Doctors, Nurses, Front desk are so nice, Professional and Efficient and competent!

I do not know how this network/hospital/company stays in business. I have been on this network for two years and recently been experiencing health issues. After a visit to the ER for gall bladder stones I have been trying for WEEKS to make an appointment with my primary care doctor and have been unsuccessful. Long wait on the phone, after 35 minutes and no answer, I gave up. So frustrating. No follow up, no answer from the scheduling department.... Stay away from this place!

I tried to get a first appointment with my primary care physician. I first called but no one answers and I was told that they will call me back. No one called in 5 days. I called another time and waited for 30 minutes to be on a call with manager. After 15 minutes we were disconnected and again no one called me back. I called several times and sometimes my call was just hanged up. After another half an hour wait I talked to another representative and was told that I'm not able to get help without having a physical medical card. In addition, a representative was confused with some numbers on my insurance. Finally I called my insurance and changed a physical to a one from UCSD Health and had no problem with getting appointment. I was told that virtual card is fine as well. Therefore, don't waste your time on this clinic
