Patient
Absolutely Awful Experience - Never Coming Back I had one of the most frustrating and disappointing experiences at this location today. It was my very first time seeing a specialty doctor, a podiatrist, and given that I'm dealing with an injury, mobility is already a challenge. I called ahead to let them know I was running late--by no more than 15 minutes--and was told it would be fine. I arrived in the lobby at 9:58 AM, but due to a line at check-in, I wasn't able to speak to the receptionist until 10:02 AM. That's literally 2 minutes past my appointment time--and I was already in the building waiting! The receptionist coldly told me the doctor had "already left for the day." Seriously? Two minutes late and no grace, no care, no understanding? To make matters worse, the receptionist had an incredibly rude and dismissive attitude, like she couldn't be bothered to help or show a shred of compassion. If you can't speak to patients with basic decency and professionalism, you shouldn't be in a patient-facing role--this clearly isn't the career for you. I cannot believe this is how they treat someone who is injured and trying their best to get care. There was absolutely no effort to accommodate or even explain things politely. I walked away in pain and completely disrespected. I will never be returning to this location and strongly suggest management seriously rethink how they train their front desk staff. A little empathy goes a long way--clearly something this office severely lacks.
