I made my appointment a month in advance everything is going fine. When I arrived there 30 minutes earlier they told me my appt was cancelled. I want to reschedule my appointment but the front desk told me she can't reschedule my appointment I have to call. A WHOLE MONTH IN ADVANCE AND THEY DID NOT TOLD ME OR SEND NOTICES.
Do not recommend this place at all my mom was going here and Dr. clemence sucks he did not have her be checked out and now she has serious health issues.
I had the same experience that some other folks had. I came to my appointment on time and was sat in a room for an hour in a half. I got there at 2:00 and didn't see the doctor until 3:30. I genuinely believed that they had forgot I was waiting in the room. When I did see the doctor he didn't even help with the issue I had. The whole experience was bad, and I'm never going back. Do yourself a favor and find a different primary care doctor.
Choose Any Other Option I made my appointment almost a month in advance everything is going fine leading up to it I recieved texts to confirm which I did. Less than 24 hours before my appointment I recieve a call saying they cannot take my insurance anymore.... A WHOLE MONTH IN ADVANCE AND THEY WAIT UNTIL THE DAY BEFORE MY APPOINTMENT AWFUL
Please choose another practice. They're horrible. My husband showed up for his appt on time and was told that it was an hour wait. AN HOUR who has that kind of time in the middle of a work day? They didn't even bother to give him a courtesy call. Also, not one person apologized for the inconvenience. They would have no problem charging him for a no show, but when they're behind there is no repercussion.
