The lead doctor an older man with white hair and pale skin chose to gaslight my symptoms rather than do his job. Instead of examining me, he wasted time dragging a chair across the floor and dropping into it like some movie interrogator. Professionalism? Apparently that doesn't exist here.

Came here with a concussion and bleeding from face they made me wait 3 hours only to not help me. And then when I said I couldn't wait 4 more hours the security made me move off property. DO NOT COME HERE!! They do not care about you.

My Mother was sent here for her intensive care in the ICU her care team was very attentive and made sure she was feeling the best she could. The hospital is very clean and up to date, I'm glad my mom got her care at PVHMC.

This place needs an administrative makeover. I brought my friend in with an acute case of cancer and we had to wait in ER for 28+ for a bed and over three days to speak to his oncologist--must of had the weekend off. Anybody ever heard of being on call? I'm sorry, this place is a mass of confusion. The line of communication is sadly, broken.

Entrances are blocked due to construction. I parked according to a map I was given. We had to walk almost a mile to get to where we needed to be. Not good.
