The staff at Empire Clinical Research in Pomona are a Dynamic team! Each time, l went for my appointments they were professional, knowledgeable and caring. My questions were addressed to my satisfaction. It was a wonderful experience being served by highly trained employees. I would highly recommend this site to others who seek to improve their health.

I went in on May 3, 2024 and it is May 17, 2024 and I still have not been paid. They refuse to provide me a functional payment Visa card and I will continue to complain. They are very unprofessional and this is very disappointing..

They had me sign the paperwork to be in a study, told me I was in the study, set multiple appointments and cancelled all of them at the last minute, then told me the study was full. The first time they cancelled my appointment, Omar had me wait 30 minutes after driving out there, then told me the lab tech had a family emergency and they were not able to administer the vaccine, so they would be reimbursing me $50 for my gas and time. He said I would receive it by last Friday and I haven't received anything. They scheduled 2 more appts with me after that, and cancelled both at the last minute. They tend to lie. Not just to participants, but about other things too. I may write more later.

The paid studies at Empire are great. They always have new paid studies each month and pay quickly! Dr Paliwal and his team really are so friendly and i enjoy coming in for my appointments. I'll for sure be back!

Very professional the staffs are excellent. The lobby and office are always clean. Always feel comfortable going to my appointments.
