Dr. Neeraj Gupta

Dr. Gupta and his team were absolutely great! couldn't have been more pleased with him and his staff. Brought my mother in law to be seen for her shoulder and he addressed her issues and gave her much relief of her pain. His staff took care of all her needs in a timely manner and couldn't be happier. I'd definitely recommend Dr. Gupta!

Please do yourself a favor and don't go to this doctor. He did not do anything for me except to tell the results of the x-rays and MRI. He said "don't call us, we'll call you to follow up on your treatment". It's been 2 weeks and he has not call. He's very cold, deattached. Office staff is very rude. They make you feel they are doing you a favor. Because of us they get a paycheck, I request my doctor to refer me to another orthopedic doctor and I will also call my insurance and file a complaint. This is NOT acceptable. I am in a lot of pain and he did not care. He chose the wrong carrier.

I want the community to be aware of Dr. Gupta office staff, they are rude unprofessional, lose files, X-rays the staff doesn't communicate with one another. My father has been waiting for a hip replacement surgery over four years and the office staff have zero compassion for anyone, now if it were there parents are or family I bet it would be so much different, if this isn't the work field they want to be in get out most people in the medical field now a days are in it for the money not to help others or show they have a caring part in there heart. I just listened to Rosalva tell me mother she couldn't give her any information that had to do with my dad, I believe Rosalva was just upset because my mom called the hospital and spoke with surgery Coorndinator and has been calling the office once a week we don't like to see my dad crying in pain. My dad called the doctors office back and asked to speak with Rosalva and my dad ask her a question she was so rude told him I will call you back, my dad asked when she replied and said I will call you back. This person should be spoken to or fired cause this makes this office looks very poorly and I fill the doctor should be aware how his staff treats his patients.

I had an appointment with dr. Gupta at 12:15 pm today October 14,2021. This appointment was made six month in advance. I drove near forty miles to get to his office. I made it there @11:30 am 45 minutes before my appointment. After they check me in I was told to stay in waiting room. After 45 minutes one of the female staff who checked me in came to me and said doctors is going to be late a bit . I said how long is a bit. She said not too long so I sat there waiting for another half an hour then she come to me and said doctor has emergency and can't come. I asked her I been waiting for six months for this appointment. She arrogantly said well he is Not coming and asked me to leave the room I said okay and asked for bathroom key! She said you have to leave your phone or car keys to get to go to the restroom. I was treated very cheaply.. right before I was leaving another patient came to see doctor Gupta and they had her wait for him . When I asked why he is going to see her but not me. The same female staff said: it is not your business. And again asked me to leave. So I left. I certainly don't want to come back to this office. Hassan Ferasati

I recently visited Dr. Gupta and he did my shoulder surgery and what can I say he did an outstanding job! I couldn't have asked for a better outcome it was honestly very great ! And a plus is the wonderful staff they were all so nice. Definitely recommend!
