Also customer service just doesn't want to help , I asked Elisa if I could talk to her supervisor instead of connecting me to her she just cut me off. Terrible customer service. Second time I tried to change my son's appointment, still can't do it just said to me again the scheduler will call me , but when ? Horrible service.

Dr Flores lazcano is professional, efficient and pleasant. I've been a patient for 10 plus year's and I never had a issue with staff or physicians. Everyone I ever came ascoss with has always been very professional and efficient. Thank you for all that you do. I wish I could give you all 100 stars

If I could give this place a zero I would. Andrea who was attempting to make an appointment. She was very rude, inconsiderate, cutting me off and crass. Please avoid this place.

If I could i will give ZERO STAR. It is the WORST EXPERIENCE !!!!!!!! a person can have EVER. When a person goes to the doctor is because is not feeling good, because is worry about her/his health, and is not an appointment to go to a hair salon to enjoy. So, first more than 3 months nervous waiting for the appointment. Then you go there and you have to wait more than an hour for the appointment but you say, it is ok, Iam already here. After the appointment that will take maybe less than 5 minutes they give you an appointment, to discuss your labtests, 3 weeks that you keep nervous and with anxiety waiting to see if finally they can help you. The appointment that should be with the specialist, because that's why you are referred to them, will be with an assistant, and guess what? They never call you. You call them, and they answer they are delayed with the appointments, but they will call you. They sent a link, without any explanation. If an old person will receive it will not know what to do with it. So, you open the link and wait for your appointment and THEY NEVER APPEARED. I called again and the person who answered said that I am calling after work hours. All thus sound as a comedy but unfortunately is real, is not funny and we are talking about people that are not feeling good. CONCLUSION: CHAPARRAL MEDICAL GROUP IN POMONA IS TGE WORST, WORST AND 100% WORST MEDICAL OFFICE YOU CAN EVER IMAGINE. Finally they called me saying my lab tests are all good while I have a copy that showed me they are not all OK. PS. I used to be doctor in my country but in another specialty so I understand very good the results.

The worst! Seen by 3 speciality cares (derm, cardio, podiatry)..all the same! AWFUL! The doctors have no regard for patient's time. Front desk staff at all locations are ill informed in insurance authorizations, rude, and short. If any issues arise it's not "how can we make it right" but a blame game as to who didn't do what...awful awful awful! Avoid if at all possible!
