If you try to change your appointment, Good Luck! Having a root canal might be easier. That's how hard it is. Also customer service just doesn't want to help , I asked Elisa if I could talk to her supervisor instead of connecting me to her she just cut me off. Terrible customer service. Second time I tried to change my son's appointment, still can't do it just said to me again the scheduler will call me , but when ? Horrible service.
