Pacific Cardiovascular Associates Medical Group - Placentia

My visit went pretty smooth. It did not take long at all like I thought it would. Nice, helpful staff. Did not take long for the doctor to come in and see me, little did I know I had seen him years back how embarrassing I didn't remember him, but he sure did remember me, LOL!! Pretty much I was in and out of there, I would go there again but hopefully I never have to again!!

They've always treated me with respect and at my age it's important.

Terrible office. Living in the dark ages... No telehealth to review Dr wants you to sit around and wait for a call for 4 hours. Staff is unhelpful and does not take the initiative to help patients get the information they need. Find someone else.... They responded to my comment with a phone number and when I tried to call it it's just busy maybe they are too busy faxing people in 2025

I would have given five stars if this was only about the service I received at my appointment. But trying to get through to this place was as terrible as any business I've experienced! Every time I called to try to make an appointment, I would be on hold for a minimum of 45 minutes, sometimes more than an hour, and had to just hang up an try again later. Once I finally got through, I got an appointment for just a few days later. The service there was prompt, the staff friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. Update: When I needed to call the office about getting the results of my test on a disc to give to my cardiologist it was, again, nearly impossible to speak to a person. I would call day after day at different times of the day and my only option would be to leave a message but never received a call back. I even gin person but was told I would have to go through their records dept. Again, very difficult to get the help I needed. Then to top it off, they responded to my first review asking me to call their patient feedback number to address the problem, so I called. Surprise, I had to leave a message but never got called back. Needless to say, I won't be returning to any of this company's facilities.
