First time calling and I was disappointed to the max with the customer service . I called to make an urgent appointment and the lady that answered was taking down my information half way. Then she just rudely disconnected the call so I called back and the office was already closed after all that time I was on the phone. End of it all I didn't get the appointment my daughter needs. If the person does not want to work then she could have just told to call back not rudely hang up.
