What an amazing Dr! It was my husband's first visit & he was dealing with side effects from meds that every other Dr has brushed off. Dr Kazmouz immediately knew what was causing this & switched his meds, telling my husband to call & let him know if this helps. Dr. Kazmouz is kind & caring & show's such concern for his patients. This is a fine gentleman & a knowledgable Dr. My husband is in good hands!

I had brain surgery and after had techachardia or a lower heat beat in the 30 range and for the referral. My first appointment was in June and since I had to reschedule and miss the appointment they said they can't reschedule me I needed to call another number. It's been five months and no word back after me calling multiple times. This place is ridiculous I was just talking to him again and they said that I had to call that number once again that never calls me back and after a couple weeks ago I just gave up because it just keeps on beeping like there's no buddy the answers or it's a busy signal so I told them right now when I called them back look can you check the number and then give me the right number and they said it was the right number and I said well look I'll dial it right now can you hear it just goes to beep beep beep I had it on speaker phone so the lady can hear on the other phone and she's straight out lied to me and said she didn't hear it and then said she called it and put me on hold and said it went through which I knew was a lie so I called right back and she wouldn't even answer the phone I said excuse me Miss your other executive answer the phone must have been lying to me because the number I've been trying to get my appointment for the last 4 months wasn't working and now she gave me the number confirmed it and I told her that I was still not working so someone's lying otherwise you guys don't want to see me which is good I'll go somewhere else just tell me but don't just spend me around a runaround and tell me to call a number that doesn't work over and over and over when I could be having heart problems I need to see a heart specialist this is ridiculous so I'm going to make a complaint to my Medicare and my medical and my other insurance plans just so people know that they have something crooked going on and after looking at all the reviews and one stars now I know why The doctor might be good but the staff and everybody they're just billing people and taking their money and not helping them so if it was you that gets referred here next I'd ask your team to redirect your referral God bless

My visiting experiences have been great, no long waiting periods and the staffs are very friendly. Dr Ghassan answers your questions and explained things that i question. Respectfully except my no blood religious beliefs.

The biggest problem with this Dr is his office. They make mistakes and don't own up to them. They make promised phone calls from nurses and don't follow through. That's a big trust problem.

I went to the ER end of April with an abnormal ekg and lab work but they sent me home with a stat cardio ref. I was finally able to see Dr. Ghassan at the beginning of June and he was a godsend. My symptoms had worsened and my quality of life had declined so much but he took everything I said so seriously and wanted to help me find answers. Dr. Ghassan was kind, caring, and patient- he even had his tech do an unplanned echocardiogram because he knew something wasn't right. Long story short he ended up sending me to Loma Linda and I've since been diagnosed with PAH and when no one else listened he did. I'm so grateful our paths crossed and can't thank him enough for the compassion he showed me, and for helping me navigate this scary new journey.
